Whatever you call them, wherever you catch them they’re a fun meal. These little lobsters have a large range. I have caught them in TX, CT, NY, VT and ID. Catch them in Idaho lakes and streams to help combat this invasive species from robbing Idahos habitat for native species. They are a lot of work but truly taste like New England lobster when boiled in some salt and seasoning and dipped in butter.
